For appraisal ‘sustainability in logistics’ we work out the model, which consists of these factors:

  • Volume of transported production on a month
  • Park of vehicles;
  • Objects of transport system;
  • Objects of logistical system;
  • The staff, management and the control;
  • Breakdown susceptibility on transport (dependence on qualification and experience of the driver’s personnel).

In our model we have arranged factors in process of reduction of the importance of influence by steady development of the enterprise in logistics. In conformity with the importance we have awarded each factor the certain weight. Thus, the order of factors is presented in a following kind with weight corresponding them:

  • Volume of transported production on a month (30);
  • Park of vehicles (20):
  1. Quantitative aspect (16);
  2. Qualitative aspect (4);
  • ·      Objects of logistical system (16);
  • ·      The staff, management and the control (14);
  • ·      Objects of transport system (10);
  • ·      Breakdown susceptibility on transport (10).

In our model the sum of score for factors is equal 100. Out team thinks, that the enterprise which has less than 70 scores isn’t “sustainability in logistics”.

Factor Calculation of an estimation
Volume of transported production on a month First of all, the optimum volume of transported production for the estimated enterprise pays off. The factor of a final estimation is exposed according to a deviation from the optimum plan, expressed in percentage
Park of vehicles Quantitative aspect of park of vehicles: for definition of quantity of own transport which the enterprise for steady development in logistics should possess pays off mid-annual need for quantity of vehicles.  According to it the factor of a final estimation is exposed, proceeding from a deviation from the given quantity.
Qualitative aspect of park of vehicles pays off, proceeding from a share of import transport in park of vehicles
Objects of logistical system For definition of the given factor it’s necessary to lead following operations:

  • first, to define the optimum area of warehouse necessary for maintenance of all services given by the enterprise;
  • secondly, to define the real area of warehouse and calculate a deviation from the given optimum area;
  • thirdly, to increase the given deviation by the maximal factor. Thus, we shall receive the factor corresponding the given enterprise.
The staff, management and the control To calculate share of qualified personnel to the general number of workers at the enterprise and to increase by the maximal factor of the given factor.
Objects of transport system To calculate share of the transport served due to own objects of transport system of the enterprise
Breakdown susceptibility on transport In the work for the minimal optimum operational experience of the driver’s personnel we take 5 years. For definition of factor of the given factor it’s necessary to calculate a share of the driver’s personnel with an operational experience more than 5 years and to increase by the maximal factor corresponding this factor
