Then the discussion started under the direction of <strong>Sharda Nandram<\/strong>. She prepared a number of\u00a0questions such as:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>What are the key strengths which you need in your business?<\/li>\n<li>In what ways is your\u00a0product, service or technology innovative? etc.<!--more--><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Generally the questions were related to the doing business in Russia and The Netherlands, some of them\u00a0were about\u00a0the <strong>business culture<\/strong> and the others were about a new paradigm in business &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0the importance of social responsibility and principles of <strong>sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Examples of questions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>What is your opinion about all these four types of values (economic, creative, social, spirit)? Do you express them in your work and how?<\/li>\n<li>In the new paradigm the process of co-creation is important too.
